How to Rekindle the Love in Your Marriage

You hear it all the time: “he/she was such a lovely person!  I never would’ve thought it…”

The truth is that anyone, anywhere and at anytime can cheat on their spouse/partner.  However it does take certain types of people to regularly cheat and it usually has more to do with them and their personalities than anything else.

If you’re in this situation and you’ve just found out that your partner has cheated on you and you’re shocked beyond belief, then give yourself to process this discovery!

The last thing you should start doing is making decisions based on the shock that you’ve had.

If you can bring yourself to talk to your cheating spouse, then talk to them and ask the questions you want answers to, but chances are you’re going to need some time before you can even talk to them.

Find your friends and your family and lean on the most trusted of those to help you through this.  You’re going to need them at this time and it would be a mistake to try and deal with this alone if that’s not your way.

But whatever you do, give yourself time!
