Cheating on Facebook
More and more we’re hearing about people finding each other on Facebook only to wind up in a cheating situation. Cheating on Facebook has become big!
And it’s no wonder when you consider that:
- Facebook is the site where people go to reconnect with people they were once at school with or simply that they knew years ago!
- More and more people over 30 are joining Facebook than at anytime before!
- And then you have the cocoon of the internet where many people feel they can say and do anything and not be held accountable!
Well if you’re using Facebook and you find yourself in a situation where an innocent connection has been made and that connection has now become something else, then you need to step back and take a long look at what you’re doing.
If you’re doing something that you cannot show or share with your spouse, then you have a problem. Getting carried away reminiscing about someone you used to date in High School and then finding them on Facebook and getting in too deep, might sound like a cliche but it is happening more and more.
Just because it might not go beyond the computer screen, doesn’t mean that it’s okay! Remember some times emotional cheating can be even more devastating than a physical affair!
So if you’re cheating on Facebook and think you’re just having some fun, causing no harm, then you might just need to stop and think again!
