It is a classic dead giveaway that a man who used to be ambivalent about his appearance, was regularly to be seen out and about in yesterdays shirt, tacky underwear and virtually had to be encouraged to go and take a shower, will suddenly begin to change these habits when he is having an affair.

The same is true of a woman who is cheating on her spouse.  Sexy new underwear will be the order of the day, she’ll go get her hair done and before you know it she’s watching her weight and treating herself to some great new out fits.

Now of course it could be that your spouse has turned over a new leaf and decided to fix up and get clean and sexy for them self and for you, which I may add is never a bad thing when it comes to keeping a relationship healthy and vital.  However, if you personally are seeing none of the attention that such a change around in behaviour should bring then ask yourself in all honesty is your spouse cheating on you?

Take a look in your spouse’s underwear draw, in their closet and scrutinize how they look from day to day.  If you see a marked improvement on a certain day of the week, find out where they’re going that day of the week and who they’re going with.

Of course, you want to play your cards pretty close to your chest and not go jumping in accusing them with your suspicions.  Use your head and get your facts and your proof first!
